Hi folks, have you got different instructions in CoPR doc to apply for a PR card than the one on IRCC website?
I became a PR on Oct. 30, 2020 and as per the instructions in CoPR, I mailed just two photos and the CoPR doc ( no fees asked) to the local Vancouver Immigration office for my PR card, which they received on Nov. 5th. I haven't heard back yet. Though I'm patient, I think maybe I should mail the complete application for PR card to the IRCC office in Sydney, NS (along with $50 fees and required forms) as mentioned on the IRCC website. These two instructions are contradicting that's confusing me.
