different designations in WP

Hi...

Im starting this thread for all those ppls whose WorkPermit shows "EMBEDDED SYS SOFTWARE DESIGNER" but
their present or recent WP shows "SOFTWARE & COMP SYS EVALUATORS".

I request all these ppls who applied for PR ,waiting for AOR,waiting for medicals,done medicals .....pls share ur experience and give us ur suggestions....

Hi...

Im may2012 applicant got my AOR waiting for medicals.

But im little bit tensed with my NOC num and occupations in WP.

My 1st work permit is showing occupation as "Embedded sys software designer" from oct 2010 to june 2011.

2nd work permit is showing occupation as "Embedded sys software designer" from july 2011 to july 2012.

3rd work permit is showing occupation as "Software & Comp system evaluators" from july 2012 to dec 2013

I applied with NOC num 2283 that best suites my roles and duties.I submitted a reference letter but it doesn't
contains any roles and duties.

Now im seeing October applicants getting their medicals. Dont knw wht to do ?????

Pls give me ur suggestions

NOC selection should be fine ,most likely your latest WP issued on NOC2283. Call CIC & Check latest WP NOC Code.

most likely PR application will be rejected if the Reference letter without roles and responsibilities case.

it should fine if you submit HR /Supervisor letter (with roles and responsibilities) now as part additional documentation.

My application got rejected for not have roles and responsibilities in reference letter.
My NOC code is ok. VO dint point any questions regarding NOC.so im applying again with new reference letter and with same NOC code.

I beleive "Embedded sys software designer" is NOC 9990.2

and

No i just mention it as "Test specialist " in my PR application as it comes under Noc 2283.
Even in my old PR application i mentioned the same ...VO dint post any questions regarding NOC so i feel its ok ....
More over one of my friend mention the same and he is PR now....
