Different answers from different CIC agents

I applied for citizenship in July 2011, took the test and received RQ one year later, and I have been waiting since.

Called CIC a week ago, and I was told my document has been reviewed with no concern. Today I called again, and answer was the file is still in queue to be reviewed.

How is this even possible? Whose word should I take? Anyone has the same experience?

Get your GCMS notes via ATIP - type either in the search function and you will get multiple posts on how to do this. Your GCMS notes will state in writing (some of it is coded but come back on the forum and you will get help) what the actual situation is.

Thanks for the response, I actually did, and the report did not show anything useful at that time. I just ordered it again.
