Differences between "S.14" "S.15" "S.19" "S.21" in GCMS notes

what are the differences between S.14 S.15 S.19 S.21 in GCMS notes ??

I know these 4 types mean some information are hidden to the applicant . Do you know which one of them will take more time to process your PR application ?

Does anyone know what the presence of S.21 in certain pages means, or information is hidden in GCMS notes for a citizenship application?
