Difference in Pay ... Higher to lower

Hi,

Does it matter if our pay goes from higher to lower ???

I was working for a company in July and August 2015 where I was getting x dollars an hour.. Later, the company has lost the client and there I was laid off and was promised that they will bring me in if they get a new client that requires people who need same skill set as mine..
and then in Jan 2016, they hired me again but the pay was (x-5) dollars an hour .. I worked for that company for 9 months straight for that pay, later the client liked me and hired as their employee..

Altogether 15 months of Canadian experience, that I updated on my EE profile..

So, shall I remove that experience I got in 2015 and keep it straight and simple( from Jan 2016 to present)

or shall I keep those two months as well in my work history ??

12 or 12+ months will give you the same points .. so I dont know whether I'm complicating my profile by adding those two months experience..

Seniors please help me in that ..

as of now, I have included that and I have four entries in my work experience..

2015 - 1st entry ( same company)
2016 - Jan and Feb - 2nd entry ( I worked 20 hours a week here) - (Same company)
2016 - March to Sept - 3rd entry (Same company)

2016- Oct to present - 4th entry ( different company)

The reason for creating that many entries is that, after getting hired in Jan ... first two months, I only worked 20 hours a week ( which is considered part time)

Please help me Seniors..

Thanks in advance

salary doesn't make a difference.
The first year experience should be continuous. I am not sure about this, please check with someone.

I think gaps in employment should not be a problem..Since I am eligible only CEC class..

My experience is only in Canada..

My question is, am I complicating my file by including above mentioned 2 months or not.?? but thank you so much your reply :)

Does anyone have an idea..?

Please read my post and try to answer if anyone has gone through the same thing or have experienced ???.. That would be really helpful at this stage..

Because I cannot make any changes after today 9 Pm.. CIC would go under maintenance overnight and tomorrow I cant as we are expecting draw on Wednesday ..

You can include your 12 month-experience in your job reference letter and work experience and you can add the rest to work history. That's what I'd do.

Hi Srujju,

1) Is your 3rd entry and 4th entry jobs are full-time?

2) Have you completed 52 weeks and 1560 hrs (From March2016 to Feb2017)?

3) Does 3rd and 4th job has a NOC code falls under (O,A,B)?

If question1, 2 and 3 are yes. Then you have 1 year of full-time Canadian Work Experience. Then you can split up in any of the following two sceanrios.

Sceanrio1:
Work History: (Note: Require work experience letter)
2016 - March to Sept - 3rd entry (Same company)
2016- Oct to present - 4th entry ( different company)

Personal History:(Note: No need of work experience letter)
2015 - 1st entry ( same company)
2016 - Jan and Feb - 2nd entry ( I worked 20 hours a week here) - (Same company)

Sceanrio2:
Work History: (Note: Require work experience letter)
2016 - Jan and Feb - 2nd entry ( I worked 20 hours a week here) - (Same company)
2016 - March to Sept - 3rd entry (Same company)
2016- Oct to present - 4th entry ( different company)

Personal History:(Note: No need of work experience letter)
2015 - 1st entry ( same company)

Hope this clears your confusion 8)

Thanks a lot for taking time and replying.. Now, it cleared my confusion. I will update my profile now..

I will go with Scenario 2 to be on safer side..

Yes everything is full time permanent. I was hired in 2015 but they lost the client so had to lay me off...

They got a new client in jan 2016.. so they hired me again and first two months were training so I got only part time hours later from March project on go.. so It was full time permanent..

I am going to update now, so that I will have profile ready by tomorrow evening

Thanks a lot :)
