Please don't use all upper case to post. It's very hard to read.

What's wrong with your Caps Lock key?? Get it checked by a professional Caps Lock Key Checker ( NOC 9999 - Skill level Z ).

And maybe give this one a read:

Ok People its gone
now can someone pls help me if they know any difference between GCMS and Visa Notes

Absolutely. I never heard of something like 'Visa Notes' before.

I'm glad the caps lock issue with your keyboard has been resolved.

As for your original question, I'm not sure I've ever heard of visa notes on this forum or anywhere else. In fact, if you look at court documents for judicial reviews, you will notice that the GCMS/CAIPS notes are the gold standard for information regarding the application process. I think I've said this before, but you should be very careful of who you pay for legal assistance.

thanks guys
but most of the people here have never heard of visa notes here. even me before I met my lawyer.
to be honest GCMS notes weren't useful. i applied three times and it didn't have any information .
May be its called as CAIPS , but i am not sure. it usually have officers comments on it.

I'm just saying, if there was such a thing as visa notes, someone somewhere would have seen them.
