difference between trv and study permit ?

what is the difference in both ?? i saw somewhere in this forum like aperson got 4 year study permit but one year visa what is the difference

it means you are good to go for studies for 4 years in canada but having multiple entry visa for 1 year means you can go outside of canada and return no. of times but only upto the expiry date of your visa and after that you only have to apply for TRV if u want to visit your native or any country other than canada and then need to return to canada.
