Difference between PG Dip and PG Cert in Canada

Can someone please tell me what is the difference between PC Cert and PG Dip course in Canada, I read a few articles and I am still confused ? Thanks

pg diplo is batter . it works beyond country aur beyond toronto.
certificate is only to provide certificate not a degree like pg diplo
