Hi,
what is the difference between the on campus and off campus job?
Much appreciated

on campus means you are physically working inside the campus and off campus means you are physically working outside the campus

on campus usually means part time job. salary depends on type of job. correct me if im wrong.

Off campus is also part time during the period of study.. when there is no duration of study you can work full time.

Also do i have to get a special permission from university if i want to do a off-campus job as soon as i start my studies?

Your campus doesn't issue work permits. CIC does. Start reading www.cic.gc.ca
