Difference between International Mobility Program & SOWP?

Hi Guys

Please help me choose the best option from my eligibility as shown on CIC between Foreign Worker - International Mobility Program (visitor's visa required which i have) & SOWP as my wife is a full time student at dedicated institute in Canada. Also what is the difference between these two?
