Didn't receive PR card more than 5 months after landing

I called them (+18882422100) to confirm my local address for PR cards delivery in the first week of July. They said PR cards will be dispatched by September 4. My landing date is June 6

I am also from Islamabad , my landing date is the same (appx) . my estatus shows my Canadian address -which has been changed a week ago.

Hi,

FYI, ECAS is not reflecting well on updated addresses. I've updated 5 weeks ago, and call agent said it is updated on the system, but ECAS is still not showing the new one.

So if you updated the address but can't see the reflection on ECAS, call them to confirm that it is updated.

I landed in 15 May 2015 in Toronto. I gave my brother's home address during the immigration process so that he can send my card through mail. After few days I checked ECAS system and I found that the new address is updated. I came back from Canada after 17 days stay. My ECAS history says that I landed on 15 may 2015 through ....airport and became PR.

Its been more than 90 days, I have not received my PR card. And just few days ago, I found that my Canadian address is not available in the ECAS window, its showing only my current home country address.

I am really worried about it. Can you please give me any clue what should I do now. Thanks.

Currently I am out of Canada. Shall it cause any problem if I call CIC ? I am just wondering if I call them and they recognize that I am out of Canada, would it be considered as illegitimate ? If it is ok, may I know which number should I call ? Is it 16139444000 ?

Just call the 1-888-242‑2100(if you are living in the US-through MAGICJACK app on smart phone and talk as if you are in Canada and confirm your address as if you are in your Brother's house. Don't panic and create confusion and mess up.
