DIDN'T RECEIVE LETTER OF INTRODUCTION AFTER GETTING STUDY PERMIT

Hello guys, I got my passport with visa stamped on it on 13th August but I till haven't received a letter of introduction and I haven't got any email from the consulate since I applied. I have checked my spam folder.

Is the letter of introduction required for entry into Canada?

Yes it is important document. Border officer will ask for that and they keep that with themselves.

Did you receive no letter with you passport? If not, better contact your embassy and ask them for same.

I have applied online on 19 July and I have submitted my passport on 24 july on request in Visa application center and have got my passport through post on 28 july after being stamped for temporary resident visa . But untill now i haven't got my letter of introduction. After 6 days i have my flight to canada. I have emailed them 2 days ago but no reply. I have called them but they said they cannot provide any information on phone , Does it usually takes this much long to get the Letter of Introduction ? What should i do ?
