Didn't got any points for foreign work experience

Hello:
This is Xin, a PhD student Graduate Assistant in US. Based on Canada's NOC work experience requirements, my job is considered as NOC 4012. However, since full time work is regarded to be 30 hrs/week, my current work (20hrs/week) is considered as a part-time job.
I have worked in this position for 1.5 years, and my working hours have accumulated to be more than 1560 hr in this 1.5 years. Do I still need to work for at least 2 years to apply for the Express Entry FSW because some people say that part time job needs to be at least two years with at least 1560 hrs in total to be equivalent to one ear full time job?
