Embassy didn't send me an introduction letter so I didn't have introduction letter when I come to Canada. The officer didn't give me the study permit but she let me go. I recived the introduction letter two days after I came to Canada. Now I am in Ottawa and need to get my study permit paper anyone know how

Maybe you try and go back to port of entry and try your luck

You probably need to read up about the flagpoling process and go to a US/Canada land border.
