Didnt get GCMS Notes after 30 calender days

CIC is aware of this delay and has a note about it on their link:

"CIC is receiving more requests than usual and is working to respond to them as quickly as possible."

hi guys i emailed atip regarding my request for gcms past deadline and i received an auto-reply message fron them and this is their reply can somebody tell me what does this means?

notes but for some reason it wont. anyway i been waiting
for more than 37 days . Is that 5 business days has something to do with receiving my request? has anybody got same reply in the past.. a reply will be much appreciated , ;)

Sorry I did not read this thread earlier :).

They generally reply, but mostly by the time you get a response they would have send you the GCMS notes file.

This is the last reply I got from them.

Thank you for contacting the Access to Information and Privacy Office.

According to our records, your request was completed on September **, 2015. The response has been emailed to you the same day.

In our experience, it happens that our emails are directed in a junk mail folder. If after checking, our response is not there, please let us know. We will gladly send a second copy without delay.
