I contacted IRCC through phone today agent said they have informed ottawa center that fee is paid but letter is not recieved yet on 11th Dec 2020 but no update is there regarding the same. All I can do is just wait... Anyone else tried contacting them?

yes i did...and i received response mail from them...they said they will work on my enquiry as soon as possible but 3 days have passed i did not have anything in my gckey

Bro, I got my Biometric Instruction Letter in my GC account, I think they will send at their own time regardless of our query. But last I emailed my query at this address
CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca you can try sending an email at this address to maybe it will come soon. All the best

I have applied on 28 June but not yet received.
