Please read carefully your express entry profile. In selecting Level of education click on help - example is clearly stated if you have two or more bachelor/diploma one must be for 3 or more years then select - "Two or more"

Level of education means candidates level of education so if you have 2 diploma or degree (one with 3 or more years) then definitely answer is two or more.

New catch on WES evaluation - Educational institutional status should be :"RECOGNIZED"

If not recognized then no points for it. :(

Actually my bachelor ECA got me the 120 points but it says a non-recognized institution on WES report.

I called CIC and they couldnt answer my question.

Could you please provide me the link where it says my ECA should be from a recognized institution in order to choose 2 or more for my diploma.
