Didn’t submit the passport after getting passport request.

Hello ,

i applied for canada study visa and got passport request but didnt submit my passport . In my gc key portal it is still shows “ pending decision” . Instead of going there I moved to Us for study purpose. Now I want to visit Canada.In my application form should I check the box “ applied and Rejected -No “ or “ applied and rejected - yes”

I would select applied and no, then include a LOE with your application.
