Did they receive the extra document?

Hi,

I sent in my OUTLAND application in february. They asked me for my USA FBI clearance in oktober, which I sent the next weekday, express. How do I know if they received it? I dont want to bother them since they say it will lengthen the processing time. But I also need to know if this was received. Any suggestions?

ps. The personal online processing info page says they received the application in february, so not much info there.

If you had delivery confirmation, you'll know if they got it. Otherwise, they probably won't contact you just to say they have your FBI clearance.

Thank you. Do you think they would send another notice if they did NOT receive it?

ps. by delivery notice you mean from the post office?

Yes, the delivery confirmation would be from the post office. If they didn't receive it, I think they'd ask you for it again eventually, but I am not at all sure about that or about what the timeline would be for them asking again.
