Am i misssing something?!?! Like Turkey was 5months couple of weeks ago now its 15 months!.. Does anyone notice the jump in other Visa offfices?

Hong Kong dropped from 19 to 17 months. Still WAY too long, but at least they're moving in the right direction.

A jump from 5 to 15 months is crazy! Was there some kind of bulletin posted as to why the drastic jump?

Even though it is now 15 months, I still think a lot of cases are processed much faster...

Sorry I wanted to say and Extra 10 months was added to some Visa Offices.
From 5 months to 15 months, it must be hard to swallow

The 15months currently announced for Ankara office seems to be inaccurate, and a result of simple number crunching. Sort of like garbage in/garbage out, if you like.

What has happened is that CIC closed down the Damascus office in Syria due to security concerns, and has divided the immigration files in that office between several other offices in that region. All files for Iranian applicants have been transferred to Ankara. Damascus has a long processing time and was already severely backlogged. So the numbers weren't so great in Damascus.
Last announced number for Ankara was 80% in 6 months. After that, they just added to the mix the statistics from Damascus (applied to the transfered Iranian files) and voila! A 9 months jump in processing time showed up.
I would expect to see an increase in the processing times, but not to that extent. I would say that some files will be cleared soon, and hopefully the next statistics will come out a lot cleaner.

In the meantime, hang in there. My heart sank when I say those numbers a few weeks ago and for a few days I was feeling really bad about it. But hope is a good thing! Hopefully, we will all be done soon :)

Bucharest increased from 7 months to 8.

For Beijing, it went up from 5 to 6, then to 7 ... Have been eyeing New Delhi, it has gone up from 6-7 to 9.

If you check the timelines on spreadsheets, you will see that these are highly exaggerated ... I guess they don't like to be bothered if some reason they are too busy drinking coffee and eating doughnuts ...

With Islamabad it is still the frigging 26 months, which is totally against my expectations as I had heard that they've hired more staff to clear the backlog. They took 13 months to open my file, and it's been another 6 since they initially touched it.
