Hi,

Please help me evaluate my younger brother’s profile.

Education - Bachelors degree in IT and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from India.

Work Experience - 3 years as a Software developer plus 6 months internship.

IELTS - L-6 W-6.5 R-8 S-6.5

Blood relation in Canada - Brother is Permanent Resident.

Should he apply in express entry? Is there any other program or way he can immigrate to Canada. He has a 10 year visitor visa as well.

The only way is Express Entry for him but English is low score, he has to improve english mark to increase points.
