Did not receive the email - Oath Ceremony

Hello guys,
I had a question. I saw an update done on December 6th on the tracker that my oath is scheduled for December 22,2021 and i am still waiting for an email. I just checked my tracker again today and now i just see oath ceremony is in progress. I don’t see the scheduled part anymore. Has anybody experienced this before? What should I do please advice. Thank you in advance.

U have to call him ASP even every day to make sure they gonna send it to u the told me they send it twince but I didn’t recive nothing until today before one hour of the ceremony they sent me just the link for the ceremony they forgot to send me the confirmation letter even that I take the ceremony and after that they send me the oath form to sign they had same technical problems u need to call good luck

I don't know if anyone else had the same case as mine. Being scheduled for oath ceremony, then told that this date is not actual. I came over different threads and couldn't find a similar case.

Hey I am on similar case mine is scheduled for jan 11 2022 I submit web form email them to local office call them on call same answer oath on tracker not actual till I recive email notice its just 4 days left now to my oath let's hope will get email

Hello guys,
I was scheduled for Dec 22,2021 but around December 16. I wasn’t able to see that date anymore and it was just showing that Oath is in process. Then I contacted IRCC and they told me that the email is an official invite. But then on December 20,2021 i saw another update that my oath was scheduled for jan6,2022(today) I didn’t receive an email and i contacted IRCC multiple times and they said that i need to wait and they can only put a message for the processing officer and if needed they will contact me or if i don’t hear back from then by jan 6,2022 most likely i will be rescheduled. I still tried contacting them on jan 4,2022 and got the same answer. Anyways I thought of checking my email i searched in the search box on my gmail. I typed CIC and found a invite which was sent on Dec 21,2021. It was quite strange that i didn’t notice a notification back then. Anyways I attended my oath today. ( also want to mention that IRCC support representative told that they are going to check if anything was sent to me like an Oath invite and each time they said nothing was sent and i have to wait) good thing I checked my email or else I would have missed it. I hope you guys get an invite soon but I do recommend you check your email throughly.

Did you call the Call IRCC?

I called that number early in the morning 8 am local time and they sent a request to the office and I received the invitation Email same day.
