Did not receive passport submission mail

Hi All,

I applied for visitor visa ,my application was send on 9th Oct.
I completed my biometrices on 15th oct after that there is no update.Status of application is still in process.
When i enquired i got a mail from Delhi High Commission office(as my application is with them) that decision has been made on my application.But what is decision i am not able to get.As my application was submitted by our office travel department.Status is still in Process.
I am not getting passport submission request .Its been more than a month.
Can any one help or guide me ,whom i can reach out or what steps i can take in order to process or get the answer.

Check spam. Sometimes mail goes to spam.

He is regularly checking status I dnt think he received any mail yet.

One correspondence letter is there ,date mentioned is 16th Oct.
I mailed to the embassy I get update on my mail that desicion has been made.
After that no update.
My application status is still same.
As per the timeline after biometric it take 12-15 days to get passport submission mail.

What about medical request? Did you get it ?

No medical test and interview is required.
This is what mentioned in the application.
Mine is visitor visa , and people who applied with me they received passport submission request directly

yes. You have to link your paper application to online account.
