Did not receive Oath email for one family member

Hi All,

I received the oath email last month for me and my kids but did not receive the oath email for my spouse yet. I emailed IRCC(email ID provided in the oath email) and also raised a web form inquiry, but have not received any replies yet. Also, the online status for my spouse for the citizenship ceremony is showing as "not started". Our oath is on June 15th. Worst case if I don't receive the email for her, is she good to join the ceremony with us on June 15th?

Even if she attend the oath ceremony with you guys she still need to sign-in the Oath form and send it after the ceremony.

Try to follow-up with CIC on Monday, if its a family application then for sure the agent processing your application might have missed sending her oath email.

You can also try replying to one of the oath email and request that your spouse oath email is missing.

Yes, it's a family app and I already sent the email on May 24th that her oath email is missing and also raised a web form inquiry. But have not received any reply yet. I will follow up on that email thread tomorrow. But I am afraid if I don't hear back by 15th June what I should I do.

If online account doesnt show oath date yet then she is not yet allotted for oath date.
Not all family members' applications move together till oath. Some gets separated. She cannot attend your oath call till she sees oath progress online and an oath invite is received.

oh no! that's not good. Thanks for the updates though.
 
**Updates on this** - My spouse got an invitation just a day(June 14th) before the oath along with the oath form. Both of us attended the oath on June 15th and I emailed both our signed forms as well to get the citizenship certificate.
Now when I checked my spouse's application status - it shows 2 new updates - Scheduled for Citizenship oath - one for June 15th and one for July 12th.
What should I do next? Is there any way I can track the citizenship certificate status for the entire family?

If you've sent off your signed forms AFTER completing your oath, email that address again and ask do you need to do anything further or is the fact that she completed it on 15th June ok? In theory the status should've changed to completed for both of you now that you've done your oath however it'd also depend on if they've processed that side of things as this can take a few days to update.

IRCC just updated all family members' applications today and for my spouse even though I see Scheduled for citizenship on July 12th in the application history, on the top of the page in the application status I see the below.

Your citizenship application status: Closed
Reason: We have approved your application to become a Canadian citizen.
Congratulations!


So I believe I can safely assume all is good now and there is no need to contact IRCC :)

I assumed everything is good, but I just got an official oath invitation email from IRCC for my spouse for the 12th of July. Now I definitely need to write to them because we have already cut her PR card. Phew!

Send the forms off that you need to complete but yes send them an email also.....
 
I have attended citizenship oath ceremony yesterday with my family. I never received for me. However, I have received email containing instruction about how to signup for the portal to download e-certificate. I mentioned this to officer during one on one session where we cut out PR card during ceremony. He advised me that he would send it to me again after the ceremony to my email address.

its been 3 days I have not received anything. I called IRCC they advised me to wait for 5 days.

If anyone can guide me about the next steps.

Me and husband have oath on 19th as per tracker but we did not received any email so far . Also i am not even able to create accput for my daughter yet. System says your application is incorrect etc. This was same with mine earlier but i can now access my accout. Ircc do not take calls. I am worried about gerting email.
 
Hi @descan . I also have oath ceremony on 19th and still awaiting the oath email. I am hoping to receive it next week. Have you contacted anybody?
