did not include checklist in application package

Hi, I may have not included the document checklist in my application for proof of citizenship for my minor child... Do you think this will result in a returned application without AOR ?

to be clear, the documents are in there, just not the actual checklist itself

If it's not too late you can contact postal service and try to return your application.

What you could do is use the web form and contact CIC using your UCI and fee receipt number and upload a scanned copy of the document checklist. This is a temp solution while you wait for AOR/returned application. It may work, but it’s a shot!

You should have a Unique Client Identifier number, if you’re applying for citizenship, you will already have a PR card, which should have the UCI on it.

If there’s still no UCI, then just use the fee receipt number to refer to your application.

Oh sorry, I misread it. You included a fee receipt right? Use that as a tracking number when using the web form to upload your checklist. They will probably want the original as well, so they might ask for that. Otherwise all you can do at this point is wait.
