Did not got 3 year PGWP

Hello everyone,

Few days ago, I got my work permit, which is of 2 years and 4 months. I did a 2 year post graduation certificate program.

I realized that, my passport is expiring the next day, before my work permit expires. So, I got why the duration of PGWT is less.

My query is that, is it possible to appeal their decision once my passport is renewed or is thee any way to extend my work permit.

Work permits cannot be issued for longer than the duration of your passport validity. There is nothing to appeal. Once you renew your passport, you simply need to extend your PGWP.
