Guys I got an S-1 visa stamped from the CHC Singapore valid for 4 years. However I did not get a letter of introduction like my friends. Can i still get a study permit st the port of entry? Anyone else have the same problem as me?

You should contact the CHC asap. Because it is mandatory to show the LOI at the POE, by seeing that the immigration officer will stamp your study permit.....

1. Contact respective CHC office and rectify the confusion.
2. Contact 'guri dhillon' http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/profiles/guri%20dhillon-u238061.html , his friend passed through similar situation a few weeks ago so he may answer your query correctly.
