> Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please provide personal and address history details from age 18 to date with no gaps. This must be received at this office by: 2014/08/15

They did not mention any mailing address and I have sent the documents to this address:

Ohh so if im not wrong, they asked you to arrange for pcc on 15-jul, and last day of submission of pcc is 15-aug.
Thats only 30 days....

Thats very less time...
