I want to pay it online, this is the last step before I submit my application.

I think 90% of ppl who got ITA on Nov.17 could not submit their profile if they have Canadian degree/diplomas.

I just paid the fees! and even got AOR almost after 10 minutes!

Instead of using Wireless, CIC tends to take longer on WiFi, I used old gold LAN Network and it was fine!

I tried LAN as well, no success. I am worried now, is it only me who is stuck with this now...
Still not able to transmit and pay...

I guess many people are having this problem that is why they have posted on their website that they are working to resolve the issue.
I hope it gets resolved this week.

All Nov-16 since 19-Nov-2016 applicants who are trying to pay PR + RPRF Fees since 19-Nov-16 till date are not able to pay fees. Error occurs once you reach "Transmit & Pay" option.

I'm guessing it's related to which servers people are connected to.

This is why I think that lots of people have issues while others don't.

Have you tried asking a friend from another country to log in and pay your fees for you? Just an idea.
