Well apart from the actual shipping logistics which cannot answer, the obvious question would be have you already sorted out accommodation that not only can accommodate a piano but also is amenable to someone playing a piano ?
There is nothing legally preventing anyone importing a piano, sounds like a nightmare though. Maybe find a place you can practice or buy a digital piano / keyboard?
