Quebec applicants have a few extra forms to fill out, but these are the same for all applicants. The difficulties that have to do with being a conjugal partner are only at the federal level. So applicants in other provinces will have generally the same experience as you.

Hi, I apply to Quebec and got approuved. Not conjugal partner cuz we are married but for Quebec forms, is all the same cuz they evaluate the sponsor most of all. If you have any specific questions, I'll be glad to help.
