Did anyone got rejected due to missing last name in Birth Certificate

Did anyone got rejected due to missing last name in Birth Certificate and also in other certificates.

Last name availabe only in passport and failed to send affidavit?

First point is that my last name and my father's first name are the same.

Birthcertificate has the below format:

Name: XXXX
Father Name: YYYYYY

PASSPORT has the below format:

GivenName: XXXX
Surname:YYYYYY

Employment Letters and in Work Permit
Full Name: XXXX YYYYYY

PayStubs ( shortned my last name to one letter) : XXXX Y

It makes me crazy ... I have submitted my application as is and recieved an AOR too !!! what i have to do ?

Will my application be rejected later on ? or CIC will request me to send an affidavit ? or its not an issue at all ?

Did any one had this similar experience with last name ...

I am hearing "last name" as an issue ... but not seen anyone being rejected because of missing last name in DOB or other documents

May be the issue might be missing a DateOfBirth certificate itself ... I want to clearly understand the reason...

I am an recent applicant and i want to know about this...

That is fine. Personally I dont see any problem there. Perhaps you are over-stressing yourself. A VO will be able to pick it up that your surname is your fathers first name. Very common in many cultures to have your name in such a way. Your fathers surname could also be your surname. Anyhow, nothing to worry. Good luck!
