I was wondering if IRCC refuses my application if I apply for my PR after only one year of co-habitation without marriage at a young age.

Hi, Thank you for your response.
then to get CSQ, would those conditions be any matters?
My boyfriend is Quebecer and we've been dating when we were high school students and we'll have been together for three years by the time we apply for it.
I'd like to stay here more with him but we'll be young and have lived for only one year.
I was wondering if that works bad for us.

You need to have proofs to justify your common law partnership - lease docs, bills, bank statements etc.
When you say young, I don't get it? Do you mean minor? I doubt if you are allowed that as in common law partner but others can comment.

Would my Quebec high school diploma be okay for the language proficiency proof?
I went to English one in Montreal though.
