Did anyone get an Update on Aug 4th on the online application ?

Hey guys !! I've applied for my Study visa under the university Category for Carleton University for B.Eng Mechanical Engineering with Aerospace Specialization . I've applied for my VISA on MyCic on the 20th of July and haven't received any update after Medical which is " Passed " on the 21st.
Can you guys she'd some light on how long it will take to get approval !! I've applied at the Delhi office .
