Did anyone get "additional requirement" picking up pr card at local office?

Hi all
I got my pr card "approved on line" and CIC call centre agent told me to get my card at local office in Toronto
and CIC said they have additional requirement requested when picking up my pr card.
I asked call centre agent "what is additional requirement that was requested?" but they did not know what that was.
Any Idea??
Any comments will be apprecieted!!

So odd that the folks who are supposed to know what that is (CIC) so that you can be better prepared when you go pick up your card CANNOT give you that info.

Isnt this more than enough to show just how uncoordinated, under-informed and generally disorganized they are ! PERIOD :
