Did anyone applied for visior visa for parents from south india

Hello,

I would like to apply for my parents(they do not want to stay longer periods so applying for visitor visa)

If you have applied recently for visitor visa for parents from hyderabad,

can anyone please provide me with the list of documents needed.

Also personal appearance mandatory for visitor visa?
Do they need to appear for medical examinations(they are between 70-75 years old and no health issues)
Do they have to provide ties to india(they do not work, can provide bank statement,or housing on their name if needed)
Where do they have to submit the documents from hyderabad?
How long it takes to get the visitor visa?
Any formatted documents for invitation letter?
