Hi,
My PR application is in progress and during the medicals for the PR, I was told that my sugar levels are just a bit high and the panel physician asked me to get it checked with my family doctor (outside of PR process). However, they also mentioned that it will not stop them from sending the medical results to CIC. Post this I applied for PR and after a while I got myself checked for diabetes (type 2) and I have started on medication for this a couple of weeks ago.
So,
1. How do I inform CIC about this diagnosis? I looked at the webform and couldn't find any relevant section for it!
2. What documents are needed to be provided to CIC?
3. What happens after this- has anyone had any experience? Will CIC ask for re-medical?
Can anyone shed some lights?
