I did call to cic offer they said we not received your documents

Contact the courier company. Given it was months ago, they may not have any info retained - hard to say - or lost it. (They will deny of course)

The issue is that DHL uses a local partner for delivery in NS and their tracking numbers do not line up, so has to be done by contacting DHL and hoping they will work it out.

(We refused to use DHL for this reason)
