You may also consider applying directly to provinces and territories through the Provincial Nominee Program.

However, you can still complete an Express Entry profile.
To be accepted into the pool, you must first demonstrate that you meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry.

You are ineligible because you are getting only 66 points out of 100 (You need a minimum of 67/100 under the FSW grid to be eligible). I'd suggest you to re-attempt IELTS and get a better score (ideally CLB-9 { LRWS 8777} ) which would make you eligible and also help you get a good CRS.

Good luck and all the very best !

Everything seems to be in order with your profile, but your IELTS scores are the bottleneck- they're very low, and you probably want to retake the test and try scoring higher (8 or above in all four categories).

Your CRS is out of the picture if you are not eligible. You must be first eligible under one of the Economic Immigration Programs. You are applying under FSW category.

Use the following links to calculate -

Like I said, you are getting only 66 points. You need 67 points. Just because you have minimum IELTS does not make you automatically eligible. Your eligibility depends on the minimum scores in all sections AND the total score as a whole.
