Detailed Info about DMP

Dear all,

I would set up a thread for our respected DMP, which will help us and others to estimate the rest time since medical done to PPR. Please join me if you have an interest.

we did our exam with chmiel in Jan 2011, and he still has not sent it out yet (June 21.2011)!!!! after over 5 months!! we received a letter from the regional office stating that if we do not take action within 60days, we would get rejected. we tried to get hold of him and he is not readily available and always promise to mail it out tomorrow after tomorrow. We contacted the regional office to obtain another set of forms for another exam but no reply yet. what is wrong with this old guy? no sense of trust, responsibility, or professionalism. what shall we do???? help!!!!

I'm very sorry for the hard time that you got from that horrible doctor! What I did last year was to drive to his clinic and sit in his office to wait. I spent whole day in his clinic and finally successfully pushed him to process my files. It only took Ottawa five days to process the medical result and I got my passport request 30 days after the doctor sent my file to Ottawa. Don't forget to file your complaint to Ottawa while you push your doctor. I filed at least four or five complaints to Ottawa, which made them know me very well. I guess this is a reason why they processed my medical file by only 5 days.
