my husband was nominated by saskatchewan but unfortrunately the employer was bankcrupt. so we deciced to land anyway... can we land in ontario where our relatives are, and find work there. is there be no problem in the immigration,do we need to have proof of funds and will they ask about the employer?

my husband was nominated march 2007 but because of problem in documents it takes 3years before the visa was release. is there no problem to land in any province of canada and will the IO dont ask about the employer?
