we are only a few months away from the job fair. i ve been studing french for one year now and have a good feeling about this.
According to the website all candidate with and express entry profile will receive an invitation to attend the jobfair,which could allow us to obtain a job in canada and improve our score and our chances to immigrate to canada faster.
i would like to know if there s is someone from dominican republic or latin america getting ready to travel to france for the jobfair??

I know for sure that all presentations and sessions will be in French. But questions can be also asked in English. In order to make application there you need to submit your resume (CV) in English and French.
So more or less bilinguals are required. Also technically, you can ask somebody to make resume for you in the other language. And yes, EE profile was one of the requirements. (even if you might be invited without it if your profile would match some of the opened positions).

This job fair was cancelled last year, but the year before the demand was 10x higher than the capacity. There are 4 days in total there - 3 in France and 1 in Belgium. They stated, that await around 800 people per day. So that alone gives the popularity.

The big advantage is also that you can meet people from provinces in person and may be able to go one step further with the PNP process. For some this is also mean to make so called work holiday in Canada (and cashing more points from Canadian experience for your profile).

well this is an even sponsored by the federal government to hire francophones who want to live outside of quebec, that would depend on the nature of the job for example if you are applying for a IT or developper they are going to ask you advanced french and they might require the TEF.however if you apply for hospitality or clerk they might require basic french. THEY MIGHT ASK YOU TO GO FOR THE TEF. it is program sponsored by the fed.gov to keep french alive in anglophone provinces.

To able to get an interview one must travel to paris or bruxelles with no garantee of job offer,kind of expensive if you dont live close specially if you dont live in europe

- okay buddy. Good luck you may even a get job offer. I wanted to assist since my job contract is expiring but it is kind of far from where I am now , that job fair is an easy path to land in canada and becomen PR

You can still check job offers online and apply that way. they will have also online sessions during that job fair to which you can still apply (check their page or Canada Embassy in France).

I am trying to secure for me French stream with Ontario so I want to see those representatives for sure.
I hope somebody else from this forum is attending.

I dont know if french people in this forum will attend but I consider this as a good oppprtunity for them to land in canada with a job.
