Desperate need of Help!! HR refused to provide Reference letter. What to do?

Hi All,

Currently I am working in my 4th company.HR from my 2nd and 3rd company has refused to provide the letter.
Also, my boss from both my previous organisation have moved on into other companies. What do I do now??
All I have is experience letter which was issued to me when I left those jobs.
Also, I do not have any contact with people from my 2nd job as it was a contractual 3rd party position. And people from my 4th company are at same level as me.

Please guide what can be done ?

If you have experience letter then that should be fine. Just to support your application, attach a few pay slips from those jobs together with your offer letter. And write an LOE for the same explaining everything.
