Desperate 5710 Question "Coming into Canada"

My wife came to Canada for a two week holiday 5 years ago then left. The visitor visa expired.

She has a new visitor visa and entered recently. We will submit a PR application.

Is the "date of original entry" her 1st ever entry into Canada(meaning 5 years ago)?
And latest entry is recently.
OR
is the "date of original entry" the first arrival on THIS trip to Canada (the one in which we will apply for PR)?

Don't overthink the question.

Her date of ORIGINAL entry, is NOT the date of her entry on THIS most recent trip. IRCC simply needs to know the date when she first entered Canada...ever!
