Designation Software Engineer but chose NOC 2174 anyone?

Is there anyone here chose NOC 2174 with designation Software Engineer. I have to make choice as I got PT from Ontario last week. Please help me with this.

If I go with designation, I have to select 2173, but if I go with my duties from offer letter, I have to select 2174. So I am worried.

Hi there, I had the same issue before I applied for OINP.
But from my understanding and what ppl have told me, you should definitely go with what's written in your job duty letter. Find the NOC code that matches your responsibility the most and go with that code.
Your designation should not really matter (you could be a consultant but only doing web application development).

Also is it fine to change job duties in reference letter which are not in offer letter?
