Designated Medical Practitioners in Karachi??

Salam brothers. Shukar-Alhamdulilah I got Medical Report form today. But there is problem again. I can't contact with doctor because when I dial number I get answer "You Have Dialed an Invalid Number"
There are 4 numbers, but all are giving same answer. Tell me friends what should I do? I need to get appointment by Phone na?

Here are there numbers;

Dear Mehtab, I already saw these numbers on a different link. But I am tensed about them, because if these were true then why CHC didn't put on theier list of designated doctors?
Also on CHC, website where Designated Medical Practitioners are listed, this note is written:

Have u tried adding 3 before Karachi Numbers..?

Yes I tried and it's working now. But I phoned them on 10.15 pm so no one received the call, may be office time was over. I'll try today.
