Why did US deport you and banned you for 5 years? There has to be some reason, you are not telling the whole story.

No risk for your sister if you apply. Pretty much zero chance of you getting a TRV after being removed and banned from the US, particularly for intention to work/overstay.
And you have to tell them about your removal from the US (every time you apply from now on) or you’ll end up with the same ban in Canada, but for misrepresentation. IRCC and CBP share immigration information, so your immigration history is readily available to Canadian authorities.

Your sister is not affected by your activities. Chances of getting a visitor visa to Canada after being excluded from the USA for 5 years? Slim to none probably. You must declare the incident in any visa application. Even if you didn't, Canada and USA share immigration information anyway, so they would find out and ban you for misrepresentation for 5 years.

1. When were you deported from the US?
2. Why did the officer believe that you wanted to work illegally in the US?
3. If your sister is feeling homesick, she can visit her home country.... or maybe invite her/your parents over. Why you? Sorry, it seems like you are now trying to enter Canada because the US refused you

And, to reiterate what everyone else has said, your chances of a TRV are zero. If you were deported recently/in the last couple of years, you must establish really strong ties to your home country before you apply for a TRV, especially your employment and financial ties

You shouldn't apply for a TRV for at least 5 years from your US deportation

There may be some reason to deport you
Tell us exactly what was happened?
Why the officer felt that you are seeking to work there?
