ive a question last month i married with canadian national she is my relative and currently i am studying in australia.in 2014 i was studing in uk and immigration caught ma for working over time and then i found guilty from court and i left the uk voulintary.should i mention this tragedy in my spousal application and will this affect my application. and i get my uk police certificate from uk saying "NO TRACE" can canadain immigration find out if i didnt declare.

In what country did you marry your relative?

You don't have any criminal records for the UK as what you have committed is an immigration violation and not a penal offense. You still have to declare that you were asked to leave the UK due to violating visa conditions and also mention if you were detained in the UK. It will not affect your PR application however.

yes, they will find this in background check. if you will not mention and they will find it. it will be misrepresentation which will affect you application
