Deported From UK

Hi

As my case is concerned i went UK in 2010 on student visa, after completion of my study i had PSW visa .
Then after that i have again converted my visa on student . Unfortunately i was working full time and i got busted at my workplace.
I have spent 2 months in detention center then deported Back home India.
i was wandering if i will arrange a job offer in Canada then is it possible i will be getting PR via PNP Program there or my deportation will affect my Canadian Case too.

As long as you declare the deportation and reasons for it in your PR application - you'll have no issues getting PR.

Mention your deportation and reasons.

If you be honest , there is a chance , if you try to hide , they will find out and would affect your application adversely because of hiding facts.
