Does she have a temporary status here in Canada? If she didn't declare it during her initial application, you might need to be worried that they might revoke her status here, and issue Departure/Deportation Order. That could snowball into something worse for both of you, if you don't mitigate it.

[yes she has a work visa so both of us are TFW! we have ordered a PCC from Swiss so we'll see, what on! since it happened in 2004, and she spent 3 days in Jail while waitng to be deported!
do you think when we receive a AOR update that form stating that we have missed that???

OK so from what you said........I feel she might get a clean chit from Swiss Police.
But, now the question is you did not declare that......How to deal with that?
Probably send a new form .... stating you missed some info......

ill wait for PCC from Swiss, and as well the AOR and then ill see what to do!

Did she declare her case when she applies for a work permit? If PCC from Swiss shows any traces of that, not only your CEC application might be jeopardized, but also your temporary status here in Canada.

You might wanna check these link and see how it applies for your wife's case: http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/information/inadmissibility/index.asp
